I would ask your contractor for an update-to-date schedule including:
  • original baseline
  • all tracking with actual up to date
That means no incomplete work in the past.


There is no way for you to tell if this is a 'healthy' schedule without up-to date data. If they are representing that they have supplied the up-to-date schedule - it's time for a meeting with the contractor to discuss the incomplete work in the past.
