Resource Allocation
If you have a resource whose availability is set to say 50% and you assign that resource to a task that is scheduled for two days, why does Project not extend the task to 4 days?
No indication is given of a potential scheduling issue. I am using Project 2010. Thanks in advance for any advice. Tony
