You can get close with the Task Usage view, zoomed out to a weekly basis. After assigning the resources to tasks as needed -- format the timescaled (right side) of the Task Usage view to show "Peak Units". This will show maximum assignment units for the week in percentage. If you wish to show the data as decimals, change the setting in Options from 'percentage' to decimal.
