Hello,

There are a couple of options:
  1. Create a summary task with 4 subtasks linked Finish to Start -- each 2 hours in duration. Assign 1 bricklayer to each of the 4 subtasks. Summary task duration will be 8 hours - total work will be 8 hours.
  2. Create a single task and assign the 4 resources. Split your screen (View Ribbon, uncheck the Timeline and check the Detail). Format the Task Form in the lower pane to Schedule. Add 2 hours delay, 4 hours delay, and 6 hours delay to the second, third, and fourth resource.

I hope this helps.
Julie
