As promised please find herewith a copy of your catalogue in MS Word 2003.


The page numbering for the amendments pages are in roman numerals and the main document is in normal page numbering format.
Extra lines in the amendment page are added by clicking in the last cell of the amendments table and pressing <TAB>. Table headings for the Amendments page are automatically repeated for each amendments page.

Hi Tony,

Looking at your example this does seem like a good way of formatting the documents, unfortunately this would mean that I would need to re-write over 300 documents and that's just not going to be possible...

I guess for now I'm stuck so will just need leave things as they are.
