Good question!

When I started the job I was told to use powerpoint as that was the only thing available to me at the time and I have just stuck with it ever since.

To be honest it's pretty useful for what I want to do and it's far better for managing placement of pictures than work is in my opinion.

I have uploaded an example which is closer to the actual documents that I create to give a better understanding.

I print them to pdf to reduce file size for storage of the electronic versions available through our company server and also to ensure that they can't be edited.
