Hi Tony,

This is interesting! I didn't know you could embed a spreadsheet within a slide show...

While this does allow you to insert more info than can be shown on the slide, I don't think it's a solution for me.

I have to print these documents out for the user to read so the hidden data would still be a problem for me.

The only work around I can think of is making a seperate ammendments sheet, printing to pdf, print the slide show to pdf then merge them. This isn't really practical to manage though and it's something I'd like to stay away from.
