Hi! First post here.
I want to emphasize one picture from a grid of photos by having the picture move from its spot on the grid to the center of the screen, while simultaneously growing larger. Then I want to return it to its original size/position. I have scoured the animation settings and user forums, to no avail. I can't think of a name for this effect, but it doesn't seem all that unusual of an idea. Can anyone help? Or... could you help if I were being more clear ![]() Thanks very much. Motion path. then Grow/Shrink with Autoreverse turned on, then Motion path back. You will have to move/resize the motion path arrows.

In 2007 and previous PC versions, it is Custom animation, motion path.
Choose any straight line. Move and resize the arrow to suit. |

Arggg... unfortunately, it seems there's no "Motion Path" available for Mac users. Any other possibilities?

I'm sure sorry to hear it. I read that while v 2008 cannot generate a motion path, they can view them. It made me wonder if v 2008 can edit/copy them. I'm attaching a file with what I think is the effect you want. I know it seems unlikely, but what the heck. You should give it a try.
I saved it as a v 2003 figuring that would be best to try. |
