Default Is there an animation to expand/contract a picture?

Hi! First post here.
I want to emphasize one picture from a grid of photos by having the picture move from its spot on the grid to the center of the screen, while simultaneously growing larger.
Then I want to return it to its original size/position. I have scoured the animation settings and user forums, to no avail.
I can't think of a name for this effect, but it doesn't seem all that unusual of an idea.
Can anyone help? Or... could you help if I were being more clear ?

Thanks very much.
