![]() I receive PowerPoint presentations in PowerPoint 2013 with a variety of text boxes and shapes with text in them. Some have spelling errors but I find that the spell check does not detect them as the checkbox 'do not check spelling' has been ticked. I'm looking, so far without success, for a macro that will trip through all the boxes and shapes on all t he slides, and change the language to English UK and unpick the box so the spellcheck will apply. I cannot find the syntax for the second part of the problem on the checkbox, can anyone help? |

I don't believe it is possible to set noproofing from vba or untick that box.
It can be done in XML but that would be serious programming. IF ALL THE TEXT is in placeholders then you can switch to outline view and select all then untick the box in the review tab. |

thank you,
I was struggle to find any Vba solutions- so if there is none , I will revert to a manual solution rather than waste effort searching any more. William |
