![]() I need to replicate a clients embedded excel table to be just a PPT table, but I can't seem to get enough rows (27) in the table and keep it on one slide (there are 11 columns too). I need to have the font size be at least 10 for readability. Is there any way to set row height independent of font size in PowerPoint 2016? Is there another shape to use other than a table? |

Could you just embed an Excel worksheet Object and add the data through that way? Insert > Object?
You could create embed it from the existing file and save some work or Create from New and type the information into the blank Excel worksheet object again. Let me know if you have any questions. |

As stated, I am trying to replicate an embedded object (a worksheet)

Sorry should have read the question properly..
I can insert a table with 27 rows and set to 10pt font, PPT will only let me reduce the cell heights to 0.68cm at most. It fits just on one slide (as shown in image), but depends on readability of the text when on screen or projected. |

Thanks, I have done that, but the slide has headers and footers that take up space.
Do you know if there is a way to stop the rows/cells from auto wrapping the text. I would like them to just not show the overlap, like Excel does. Thanks for you attention. |
