Default Updating postions of text boxes in powerpoint

Hi there,

I hope someone can help as it's driving me crazy. We have staff that type up their own powerpoint presentations and when something doesn't fit they alter that particular slide's text box measurements so they can fit what they want onto it Or they have ripped slides from older presentations that were formatted and laid out differently. Using the side master doesn't work, it does for some things, but I think it doesn't update the slides they have ripped from older presentations. I recently heard that macros is a useful tool for proofing etc. Does anyone know if you can set up a macro to correct multiple text boxes position and size within a presentation.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
