You need to clarify what you mean by "TextBoxes"

Many people refer to Text Placeholders (The ones thats ay say "Click to Add ...") as TextBoxes which they are not. TextBoxes are added from Insert > TextBox and behave totally differently.

If you mean Text Placeholders it would be fairly easy to write a macro that adjusts the position back to a standard setting

To give you an idea open the attached and View > Run Macro > chex should fix the position of the messed up placeholders.
