Default Text moves in text box when opening PC file on Mac

Hello!
I work with PPT most of the time so I would consider myself a power user BUT am out on site on a job and my work is now being opened on a Mac.

I have a graphic of an 'X' with a Presenter name lined up to the bottom of the X in Arial Black.
When opened in the Mac, the text is now a few pixels lower than the PC version and so out of alignment to the X.
I have checked the formatting of the text box and all is still exactly the same.
I need to continually update the deck and then when opening on the Mac I need to manually tweak the text box each time.

Any idea why and how to fix please?

Regards

Steve
