Default Selecting the optimum graphics card fro a new laptop

Hi,

I plan to use Windows PowerPoint 2016 presenter mode with either Win 7 or Win 10 to display shows simultaneously on both my laptop and an LCD projector. Presentations will include MP4 video files as well as other video formats. When I purchase a new laptop, what graphics card specifications should I look for to get minimum lag and smooth playback at the highest resolution? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
