Hi,
I have scoured the net to find an answer and i am hoping somebody here can help. i work for a non-profit with a huge member base (6,000) to whom we send our print magazine every 6 months and now, every year we want to send our greeting card by email instead of by ordinary post. I want to do this via OUTLOOK 2003. Our members' email addresses are in EXCEL 2003 files. From other sites, it seems that i need to use nested distribution groups, but i cannot find a site that explains how to do it from scratch. Can anybody help? In all, we probably have about 5000 email addresses to send to. I hasten to add, that this is not a spam exercise. All recipients have volontarily requested to belong to our member-base. We are a non-profit org that provides free help to specific groups and individuals. Many thanks in advance, Yours hopefully, Marbetu |
