Default Using variables to fill different boxes

Hi everybody!
I've looking around this forum and the web but I can't find any solution.

I use a template to do a real estate presentation, and it's made a way I have to fill the TextBoxes with the same text more than five times. Is there a way to stablish a variable and "autofill" the boxes?

I don't know if it's clear enough, I'll answer any doubt you may have to understand my problem.

Thanks in advance!!
