![]() I am trying to play part of an audio file at the end of a presentation. I can trim it at the right place, and it will start at the right place as long as I choose "Start Automatically" under Playback. If I choose "Play Across Slides," as I have for the rest of the presentation, the slide will not advance. Any way around this? |

Usually when you trim AND play across slides the trim does not work. Is this what you mean, it should still advance.
Try File > Info > Compress Media for a fix but be aware this removes the trimmed portion completely. |

Compressing the audio file worked perfectly! I just made a copy of it before I inserted it so I didn't ruin the original, which I used earlier in the presentation. I appreciate the warning. Thanks for the help.
