Hi,
Following the MS tutorial, in slidemaster view I select the footer, click on Home, change the font size. But it only changes the font size for that particular Slidemaster slide. How do I apply the font size change to all slides, not just the one? Many thanks in advance for any help! |

You need to change the size on the large Slide Master at the top. (The smaller ones are Custom layouts)
There's a catch though IF you have changed the text size manually on any of the layouts PPT assumes that is what you want and will not update to match the master. |

Ah - got it, thankyou. You mean the left-hand pane, the outline view of slides in a vertical column
I hadn't realized that when you generate a new pptx that left-hand column doesn't show the top-most slide - you have to scroll up to see it. All is clear. Many thanks for your help. ![]() |
