I'm inserting hyperlinks into a slide and all of them work except one (linking to a Facebook profile). I checked that the link began with http and not https, in case that affected it.

The links are via pictures (jpg and eps) I inserted into the slide.

The error message reads "Cannot download the information you requested."

Any ideas why this is happening? Again, all other links work fine.

Maybe post the link that isn't working?

Both links work for me. The first is my personal Facebook profile. The one you posted is one I use for work. (Different page.)

But if the first one doesn't work for you, I'll have to figure out why...
