I am the administrator on Outlook 2010. When I try to open any hyperlink sent to me as part of an Email, I get an error message, "This operation has beenn canceled due to restrictions in effect on this compputer. Please contact your system adminstrator." I have gone to control panel and set Internet Explorer as a default, but this did not help. Any ideas?
