Are add-ins easy to do? If not, do you have a suggesion for me? it seems to work ok if macros are stored in a separate PowerPoint doc eg called 'macro' if this is open when the other doc (which can be called anything) is also open... Also, are you able to help me with another query (amending the code you've already given me slightly)...the query is posted as " URGENT VBA needed for placing image on page”? Very nearly there, thanks for your help Cheers Andy
