After recording several ittertions of a presentation, and having checked the box to link narration files, I now have a cluttered folder with a lot of .wav files that read like this:...256.wav, 256-0.wav, 256-1.wav, 256-2.wav.
I suppose only the last itteration (-2) is the one I used in my last and best recording. Any thoughts on how to clean this up? I'm thinking of moving the ones I suspect to be the oldest to a new folder, and then run the presentation to see if it is correctly linked. If so, then I could eliminate the extra folder. For future presentations however, should I create a new folder to embed both the presentation and .wav files? Thanks, Gary |
