Okay,
I did what was said in the post, and it worked great.
Created a folder to house the presentation, plus the relevant .wav files.
Created a different folder to house the irrelavent .wav files.
Opened and ran the presentation, and it ran seamlessly.

Maybe that is helpful to someone.
