After spending several hours over the past 3 days with online support from AT&T I was informed by AT&T Customer Support that a major problem occurred on Tuesday night at Yahoo with effecting the ability to Send/Receive email via Microsoft Outlook. They cannot say if/when it will be fixed. Is anyone else having problems with Outlook email?

Issues are with AT&T. I keep getting an error message asking me for my user name and password. This occurs every few minutes. Called AT&T support and they told me they have received numerous calls about this. They are trying to fix but this has been going on for weeks. Very frustrating.

I escalated the problem through social media to AT&T Advanced Customer Service and they are "adamant" the problem is with Yahoo. Said I should contact Yahoo directly; tried that - calls are just routed back to AT&T. This is the customer caught between these giants having "a failure to communicate." to quote Strother Martin.

sounds like the run around. NO one seems to take responsiblity for anything and we are holding the bag.
