Hello,
A user is having issues with outlook in that she is able to send internal email and recieve external email but isn't able to send external email. Also, she isn't able to view other people's calenders as it gives her a message that she isn't connected to exchange server. I have checked all settings and she is infact connect to exchange (even in the bottome it says connected). What could be an issue she is having? I have tried creating a new profile, removing a profile, removing everything in the app/outlook folders both local and roaming. Just trying to populate something and nothing works. She is able to do everything in OWA, so i am assuming it's a local outlook issue. |
