Default Unsync outlook shared account with two computer

Hi guys.

My manager and me are sharing the same outlook account but using different computers. We also have a separate personal outlook mail.

Please advise how do I unsync out outlook in the sense that.

When my manager reads a mail, my outlook account that I shared with him is mark as read too. However, I do not want it to be mark as read as long as I have not read the mail.

Please advise.
thank you!

Lala,

Unfortunately, once an item has been read it will synchronize through the account then to any configured clients and mark the messages as read. this is normal behavior. If the user reads the message then right-clicks the message, you will have the option to mark the item as unread. this will then synchronize and show the item s unread.

Hope this helps.
