![]() Hello - we're on Outlook 2007SP2 with Exchange 2003 (cached mode). I have one user who is unable to reply or forward email from one particular email address, BUT she can send new email to it and even respond via BlackBerry. She'll click on the send button and nothing happens. I may try a repair, but why just one particular email address?? Thanks in advance |

How is the mailbox setup? Is it a pop account? IMAP? or a Full Access account? If it is a pop or IMAP account, check your outgoing settings and make sure they are correct.
When did this issue start happening? Has it ever worked? |

I am using POP. It was working great until recently. It stopped around the time I went to iCloud 2 but I am not using that for email, just calendar and contacts.
