Outlook 2010 Losing attachments when forwarding emails

Hi,


i have a problem in Outlook 2010 on win 7 ,
When a user receives a mail with an attachment, the attachment is fine. If the user then clicks the forward button then the attachment is removed from the mail instead of staying on to be forwarded with the mail.

anyone experience this problem ??

There is a "Do not forward" permission one can set before sending a message.

If you want the attachment to go through, you have to download it to your PC, compose a NEW email, and reattach.

It's annoying, but the message you are trying to forward has a built-in permission set by the original sender.

I don't think that this is the problem because the problem disappears when i close and reopen the outlook.
