Actually just visually marking (such as coloring, bold formatting) them would be enough. The aim is to quickly distinguish among couple of hundreds addresses which of them belong to my domain.

One way would be via VBA:
- that will export To field to CSV file,
- import it into excel,
- mark it using conditional formatting,
- sort it by color and present it to user.


I wonder if there si shorter quicker, solution within Outlook 2010.
