outlook "Unread Email" folder automaticaly reads then dissapears emails

Outlook just started recently disapearing all my emails in my "unread mail" folder. It shows I have X amount of unread emails then I go into the "Unread folder" then all the emails in there start going away automatically.

How do I get it to stop doing this?
