Just a heads up, It looks like the owner of that site responded to you directly and is working on a script for you.
"Hi, Elisa. The error is a result of your version of Outlook. Outlook 2003 doesn’t support the SendUsingAccount property. That was added in Outlook 2007. I apologize for the confusion. I should have indicated in the post that this was only for Outlook 2007 and later. It may take a few days, but let me see if I can come up with a solution for 2003."
