THanks for that saigasmith, but I should point out that the larger file is an .ost file which is the offline store. I will see if the scanpst.exe will accept and attempt to fix the .ost file.

Really hope there is a way to get at the data.

UPDATE: Tried running the scanpst.exe on the .ost file, still no go. I don't think there is anything wrong with the file. I just need to find a way to get the data out of it and back into OUtlook.
