second note field in Outlook form

Outlook; design forms
Place a Second note field on a same form

I would like to place a second note field on a self made form on the extra tabs P.3, P.4, P.5, P.6
This is possible, but outlook gives the message that I only can use 1 note field. How can I create several note fields with their own content in 1 form?
