The correct process is to Export your Calendar and Contacts to a .CSV from mailbox A. In Outlook 2010 this can be accomplished by selecting File > Open > Import > Export to a file > Select Comma Selected Value (Windows).
You can than follow the same procedure to Import the Contacts and calendar information to Mailbox B. You will need to remove all the calendar / contacts from Mailbox A manually. Keep me posted.
