If this has previously been addressed, I apologize in advance as I could not find anything on it when I did a search.
I recently "upgraded" to Outlook 2010 and have an IMAP account, just as I did with Outlook 2003. I receive emails from customers and potential customers from all over the US and I need to be able to file away those emails for future reference - preferably in a folder named for that person's company. Approx 50% of the time now, when I try to create a folder for a new customer I get this error message: "Cannot create the folder. The server responded: 'CREATE Mailbox already exists'". (see attached screen capture of the error message) It's acting as if there is already a folder with the same name - yet there is not. If any one from Microsoft monitors this forum and can help, it would sure be appreciated. Thanks again! Mike Last edited by mikepla; 07-28-2011 at 10:07 AM.
