Outlook 2010 search not finding everything

I did the rebuild of the the index two days ago. Yesterday it was still not seeing the searches as it did in Outlook 2007. I'm to the point of rolling several (if not all) of my users back.

anyone got an update on this as we are rolling out win7 and office 2010 to 450 users and this search issue is going to be a real problem if i have to tell my user they have to go into advanced search find everytime im going to have hell to pay
