Just upgraded a user from Office 2007 to Office 2010. They are going through the normal "growing pains" following this. One question that is recurring with them is why searches are not showing "all" items. Example: the user puts in part of an email address (such as using "rnam" if searching for messages from username@domain.com") but the search does not find all messages that include this "keyword". Searching for "username" brings up items from username@domain.com, as does a search for "domain". It's as though the search does not see "within" the terms. I've got all items turned on and am searching across all folders. Also, the index is complete and up to date. The 2007 search would have found all of these items. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
