The desktop is connected directly to the rounter via ethernet cable, while the lap top is a wireless connection. While at my home office, they are both the same provider. When I travel, obviously, it is a different provider. The email address error occurs when using port 465 When using ports 25 & 587, the error message is "Find outgoing mail server (SMTP)> Unable to connect to outgoing mail server (SMTP)."
