Thank you Saigasmith,

i patched a client and now outlook is working well.

the problem is that the patch is for symantec endpoint protection 11 MR1,
so it doesn't match the SEP11 on a few files and my client is now unable to start on this machine.

I'll try to find something on symantec forum.
