Question Impossible to open or save attached file

Hello,

I'm IT manager of a company with about 40 computers running with windows XP and office 2003.

Since 2 days, 4 of our computers are unable to open or save attached files in outlook.
If we want to open the file, the error message "impossible to execute operation. impossible to find object" appears (i'm french so i don't know if the english error message is this one).

I we want to save the file, the error message is "impossible to save file".

I tried to reinstall office, repair, uninstall and install office outlook 2007 but the message is still there...

the .pst file is ok because i can open it on other computers and i have acces to attached documents.

I'm thinking of a windows update problem, i also installed symantec endpoint protection 11 client on the 40 computers recently, but only 4 of them have this problem.

I couldn't find anything on internet about this, so i hope you can help me,

thank you for your attention,
regards,
