ok i have a small office where 3 members of staff collect their email on one computer. the email comes from their website as whatever@swsqsq.com and then using rules moves the email with their name at the front to their prospective folders in outlook so bill gets everything going to bill@swsqsq.com and milly gets everything going to milly@swsqsq.com. But these are aliases for info@swsqsq.com. But every time it downloads they are getting 4 copies. I turned off leave messages on server and this worked but is not a viable solution as milly also wants to get hers on her laptop as well.
Any ideas would be appreciated it seems as though it is getting it once from the server and then getting it from the rule as well for each of the other three accounts. |

purplemonkey,
Unfortunately the only way to eliminate the duplicates is to set up separate accounts for each user or be on an exchange platform. Hope this helps. |
