Default Sent emails all have same date/time??

A colleague of mine discovered that all her sent emails no longer display the original date/time they were sent. So they all read December 26, 2010 10:32 for example. Please let me know if her original dates/times can be restored or at least how to prevent continued corruption.

Thank you in advance.

Confused,
Can you please confirm for me that the time and date in the lower right hand corner of the affected computer is set the correct time and is staying current?
It is possible you have a dead CMOS battery. This is a battery on the motherboard which keeps track of the time and date.
Please keep me updated so I may better assist you.
Thanks,

Thanks for responding. I replaced the CMOS Battery, so I know that isn't the problem.

Actually, the computer is a week old so I doubt the CMOS battery is the issue. Additionally, I forgot to mention that this issue only affects sent messages that have been archived.

Thank you.
