I use Outlook 2007 for my work email. I have it setup so that an automatic signature is added to all newly composed emails. My signature line consists of my name, address, phone, and an email link. Every so often, when someone replies to my email, I see that a web link (the same one every time) has been added to my signature line from my original email. The web link is located right next to my email link. I've tried setting up a new automatic signature, but the same problem keeps happening. Anyone know how to correct this. Thanks.

This is a very interesting post.
Is this web link the same as your email? Where does the link take you? Are you on an exchange service? When you checked your signature in Outlook does it show a secondary web link? Do you have multiple accounts configured within your Outlook client? Keep me posted. |
