Outlook Custom Forms error
I am trying to troubleshoot why my boss suddenly started getting an error in Outlook. We run Dell Optiplex 760s with XP Pro and Microsoft office 2007. She has an account set up using a hosted Exchange service. Just last week, she started receiving the following error...
Microsoft Office Outlook The custom form cannot be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. It doesn't seem to happen at any particular time. She could be working in another application (not Outlook) and it pops up. The thing is that we don't use any custom forms in Outlook. I have tried most of the suggestions I found online such as clearing the Outlook forms cache, bumping up the Maximum space on hard disk and renaming the frmcache.dat file. None of those has helped..she is still getting the error. The only thing I have not tried is a repair. The only thing that would have changed around that time is that we installed iTunes because she got an iPhone to replace her Blackberry. Has anyone else run into this? If so, what have I missed? Any help would be appreciated. Dave |

Thanks Shawn, but I had that "fix attempt" listed in my post as something I had already tried.
