First, check the .pst file by opening the file in your Outlook client. Confirm the contents are stored emails,contacts and calenders. If you find that there is only a few emails its possible you may need to run the Scanpst.exe. Below is a link with further information. http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...001021064.aspx
