Simultaneously sending appointment to 2 calendars
Hello-
Forgive me if this has been asked already in another place in this forum... I am attempting to set up an appointment on my outlook calendar that will also simultaneously show up on the calendar on the network for the whole agency. Is there a way to make one entry that will show up on both calendars that doesn't require email acceptance of the appointment on the public calendar? Would help my team out greatly. thanks!!!
