Forgive me if this has been asked already in another place in this forum...

I am attempting to set up an appointment on my outlook calendar that will also simultaneously show up on the calendar on the network for the whole agency.

Is there a way to make one entry that will show up on both calendars that doesn't require email acceptance of the appointment on the public calendar?

Would help my team out greatly.
