How do I change the fonts to keep the senders emails in their original fonts when replying back and forth.
It get confusing to see all communications in my custom font. Outlook 2010 |

You cannot change the font that the sender sends their email as. You can only alter the way you view their emails. If they send the email in HTML or Rich Text, if you cannot view the email in your custom font, then you will need to change yours to HTML or Rich Text.

Sorry............not following you. I don't want to change the fonts on received emails. I want them to remain as sent.
How do I change back to html. I looked in options, but did not find a means to change this. |
