fgiorgio79,

Ahh thank you for clarifying. We call these rooms resource mailboxes. When i performed my original testing it was on a shared calender not a calender from a resource mailbox calender.

I have since recreated your issue and can confirm only the owner of the mailbox can remove, edit, or un-privatize and entree made to the mailbox.

We are using exchange 07 and use the outlook web Access portal to adjust permissions and features of the resource mailbox. Investigating into all of the permissions , i did notice one permissions that may help mitigate entrees marked as private.

" Always remove the private flag on an accepted meeting.

If checked, private meeting requests which are accepted by the resource will be marked as public so that the resource schedule can be viewed by other people."

Unfortunately after testing, any user that marks a meeting private either has to be set to public by the head admin of the resource or have this option selected.

If you find something more let me know.
